DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR

We are searching for a driven, detail-oriented Digital Content Creator to join our team. This multifaceted role is tasked with advancing marketing goals through clever and captivating promotional content. The ideal candidate is an Interior Design and Real Estate junkie that can produce and coordinate content that resonates.

 

The right candidate will contribute to the shaping of our stylistic guidelines and coordinate collaboration between internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in our company's outputs.


 

Content Creator Responsibilities:

 

  • Writing, designing and posting to social media outlets.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all projects fit Quadra’s style and voice.

  • Produce weekly newsletters following established templates and standards.

  • Create social media calendars, roadmaps, and production deadlines.

  • Organize and maintain image / content library.

  • Create engaging graphics for social posts and marketing materials.

  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms

  • Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.

  • Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.

  • Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.

  • Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives.

  • Monitor social media and company website metrics.

  • Utilize SEO methods to increase site traffic.

  • Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.



 

Skill and Requirements:


 

  • Photography and videography experience required. 

  • Interior design or real estate industry experience is extremely advantageous. 

  • A rock solid understanding of digital video and social media platforms including, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest.

  • Graphic design knowledge and ability to execute designs.

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices.

  • Ability to create shareable content for a variety of media and platforms including still imagery and video.

  • Proven ability to identify stories/creative that will connect with the audience.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into digital content pieces.

  • Ability to meet short deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment, and coordinate with various teams, departments, and divisions.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as a valuable member of a team.

  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.

  • Must be energetic and willing to travel throughout NYC and vicinity in search of content. 


 

Job Type: Full-time
