SALES ASSOCIATE

QUADRA, a distinguished leader specializing in luxury staging and turnkey projects within the fast-paced and dynamic upscale property market is seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Associate to join the team.

 

Your Role and Responsibilities:

 

  • Creating Meaningful Connections: Build solid relationships with individuals, agents, developers, and partners in the real estate industry to uncover potential sales prospects.
     

  • Becoming a QUADRA Expert: Immerse yourself in our property offerings, from home staging to turnkey furniture rental projects, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
     

  • Creative Collaboration: Brainstorm with our marketing team to generate innovative ideas for engaging marketing campaigns.
     

  • A Bespoke Approach: Understand client needs and adjust our offerings to meet their specific preferences and requirements.
     

  • Managing the Sales Journey: Take charge of the entire sales process, from identifying potential leads to finalizing deals, while maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.
     

  • Networking: Attend relevant local and national events to expand your network and solidify QUADRA's presence in the luxury property market.
     

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our design and project teams, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to project execution.

 

Qualifications We're Seeking:

 

  • Proven Luxury Sales Experience: A track record in luxury sales, particularly within luxury property, interior design, or related fields, is highly valued.
     

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Your ability to connect and communicate effectively will be instrumental in this role.

  • Results-Oriented Mindset: You thrive on achieving targets and consistently delivering results.
     

  • Sales Pipeline and CRM Proficiency: Experience in managing sales pipelines and using CRM software effectively.
     

  • Understanding of Luxury Market Trends: Stay informed about luxury market trends and client expectations to provide valuable insights.
     

  • Negotiation Skills: Exhibit strong negotiation abilities, aligning solutions with client needs.
     

  • Adaptability to Fast-Paced Environments: Flourish in dynamic settings and pay attention to the finer details.
     

  • Passion for Luxury Design and QUADRA's Values: Your genuine enthusiasm for luxury design and ability to convey QUADRA's value proposition will set you apart.
